About this app

Faxe Affald is an app developed for the country's municipalities/utilities, which can register for the app and then give you as a citizen access to a number of functions in the app regarding waste and sorting.


It is your municipality that chooses which functions you have access to in the app.


General features:

• Scanning function, which with text, image and pictogammer easily and quickly gives you answers on how your waste should be sorted in your municipality

• Database with thousands of products you can search in. This is updated and expanded all the time

• Information page, where your municipality/utility can post information and useful links for you, so that they are easy to find. For example, about ordering extra emptying and the recycling center's opening hours


You can see the following information in your app if your municipality/utility has signed up for this service:

• Emptying calendar that shows when you can pick up waste at your address

• Inbox where you can receive messages from your municipality/supply regarding waste and emptying at your address

• Possibility of signing up for push notifications, so that you receive the above messages on the phone (set via the phone's settings)



You do not have to create a user to use the app, but enter your address to be able to use all the app's functions. When you enter your address, it will appear in the app what the address is used for and how we store address data.



Hvidovre Affald is a Danish developed app published by Perfect Waste, which is a private company.


Perfect Waste collaborates with public municipalities and utilities, which can use and register for the app. It is the municipalities that provide information to the app about your waste and emptying at the address you register with.
