Now you have a resort: Use the Check Out resort app to sign your check out - via mobile or a computer.

We will find your trip and calculate a price based on the check out you sign up for.
If you accept our calculation, the difference between the prepayment and your travel price is either deducted or returned to your travel card.

Note: You do not earn a discount on trips that are not checked out correctly on a stand. The metro surcharge is also not changed when the check out stand is not used.

Old versions no longer work for Check Out. Update to latest version. If you are still experiencing issues, try deleting and reinstalling the app.

Trying to check out for child who forgot. Turns out that when the status page appears, the one thing you should NOT do is click on indmeld button. Instead click on the 3 lines menu button in the top left and then click on indmeld. The first way gets you 20 minutes trying all different ways and times to checkout, but all give errors and say journey is not valid time/duration. The 2nd lets you put in the details and submit. Now let's see if it works. This is my 3rd review and it is still 0star.

1) I have to uninstall and reinstall the app for every forgotten check out, in order for the app to allow me to report it (my child forgets about 4 times a year). 2) I can't set a card nickname or default card. 3) Only once has the app prompted me about a missed check ou (luckily I get emails). 4) There is no way to cancel a request before it is handled. I can cancel a final approval, why not cancel any time i make a mistake? (this might be solved)

The worst garbage i've tried in a loooong while. Checkout needs arrival time which does not correspond with actual arrival time. Furthermore, it says estimated time which it is not. After getting my tries rejected 12 times it stopped me from trying again as i've used up my check-out tries for this whole year. The app must be an requirement from the goverment and not something originating as a service from rejsekort, otherwise you would not have made such a buggy and worthless app.
