I was told to download the app for parking. But there is no actual place to pay for parking. It just routes right back to the website saying to download the app?

Home screen navigation changes are some good but some not very optimal

None of the tabs work - nothing shows. Might as well be a picture of what the developer had in mind but never actually developed.
