Just bad. Don't buy a cecotec. I've emailed them, no response. I showed them the error via WhatsApp and was told in the end to email them. At this point they've appeared to give up. The person from WhatsApp support didn't even bother to forward the information along to the email, they just told me to send stuff. But given they haven't responded to my first email, what's the point? They clearly should update the app so that they can be aware when a daily program isn't running daily.

This app cost me thousands of euros in damages already! When there is outage of electricity the device does not turn on once the power is back. There is no option in the app to turn it on automatically or to force it always on. There is a notification only if it has been off for more than 30 minutes, but what if there is a 2 seconds of power outage? Well, this is exactly what happened, it was -10 degrees outside and the device went off and the pipes in the house froze and blew up.

This app is quite terrible. When used with a Cecotek Rumba vacuum robot, the app fails to access the robot control features, requiring the app to be reinstalled (without giving any information). Some of the features in the app such as integration with Google Home just plain don't work. It's a badly maintained white labeled bare minimal effort at an app.
