The "Healthy Passport 2" project focuses on the nutrition of people with disabilities who have swallowing problems and/or dysphagia. Its main objective is to offer people with chewing and swallowing difficulties (dysphagia) solutions, techniques and feeding resources that improve their quality of life and that of professionals and caregivers.
The "Healthy Passport 2" project: Specialized nutrition for patients with dysphagia” focuses on the nutrition of people with disabilities who have swallowing problems and/or dysphagia.
● Offer people with chewing and swallowing difficulties (dysphagia) solutions that improve the quality of life of those affected, professionals and caregivers, offering alternatives, techniques and feeding resources, responding to their needs.
● Improve the quality of life of people with disabilities.
● Cover the demand of patients, relatives and caregivers, increasing the existing services in our entity, sharing information, resources and solutions that favor the quality of life of people affected by dysphagia.
● Create an interactive recipe book with recipes, specifically designed by specialized professionals aimed at people affected by dysphagia.
● Digitize and modernize access to information on our services and advice related to dysphagia and nutrition.
● Promote a healthy lifestyle among the population, especially those with disabilities, avoiding a sedentary lifestyle and poor nutritional habits, as well as the pathologies associated with these.
