Since 2019, a new legislation has been approved that establishes the obligation of the company to record the hours of each worker. This record of the day will be daily and must include the time of entry and exit. The ONCE FICHAPP application allows the registration of the working hours of its employees, including functionalities to carry out several registrations a day to reflect the work periods, thus recording the breaks and breaks throughout their workday. It also allows the consultation of the markings made throughout the current month. Access will be carried out with the same credentials (username and password) that are used in Portal ONCE. The APP incorporates the necessary functionality so that access after the first registration can be carried out through fingerprinting or verification of other biometric features.
