update keep mess up with existing meter existing account. and base on search up online logout and login can fix them. what annoying is there no support from lead to that conclusion in app. And I have hard times to teach my parent how to do and why they need to do it again If they just struggle to fix this in last mounth, and they happen agains. Even after fix they still asked why they need to do this. I also wonder how many times you will mess this update in short period.

Unlike the former version, 1. It cannot compare the current period vs last year period, only 6 months. 2. The default showes graph without figures, users have to find data inside for details. 3. It supports payment by QR code. In summary it facilitates payment but quite useless for users in other maters.

One day I checked my electric bill and the app didn't know me or any of my email addresses. There is no choice for English so I took it to a friend and he couldn't log in or create a new account. The main MEA website is equally unusable. I did find a way to scan a QR code on an old bill and get my balance which I pay with my bank app. Then I can also use the new app and old QR code to see that the payment was received. I really had zero complaint about the old app and found it very helpful/easy.
