Ratings and reviews

The app is unclear and not user-friendly. There is no prior notice that a minimum deposit of €10,000 is required to begin trading, and when attempting to withdraw funds, you must request activation of the service and are then charged €30. I’m very dissatisfied with the overall experience.

They're a bunch of bullies. I used this account for my long term positions and haven't been paying attention to the messages that went in the promotional folder. They took daily 25 USD from my account and since it was almost over a year, they took more the 7K USD from me. Bunch of bullies. Beware!

Do not open an account with Exante. Their app since around late September, has not connected properly to WiFi and data connections. There are frequently error messages on connection attempts, where you'll be prevented from updating your trading positions. Customer service is terrible. Exante doesn't have a customer phone line to call where clients can speak to a human representative. Email support is unprofessional, where responses are copy and paste messages and ignore simple questions.
