There are too many separate apps you have to download if you want to travel this way! One for buying the ticket, another for storing the ticket, and another for checking the schedule and location for your trip! So unnecessary! There has GOT to be an easier and more conventional way!

absolute sh***. I can't think of any other word for it. in addition to having to download TWO apps (for some inexplicable reason), if one updates, the other doesn't work- though this is not indicated anywhere. Result? you can try to validate your ticket as many times as you like, it won't work following an update. One of the personnel literally told me to get a ticket as the phone app rarely works - which, indeed, has been my experience.

The app works so well it many times took so long to be ready and do anything I had the time to traverse the entire city of Nice, go back into the train, go one stop behind the moment it goes underground, and then exit, reach my apartment that is a few dozen minutes from there. And the app, still wasn't ready. I'm a developer, and if I made this app I would be ashamed of myself, and I'm sure the people that were paid to make this are. So please everyone reading this, pay directly at Ligne d'Azur.
