I can't open the app for days! Can't pay credit card and don't have time to go in Bank for that. The worse app ever! I m using mobile e banking over a decade and never ever had problems logging in while Eurobank was! Not to worry I ve already opened account in another Bank I was aware before you took over that clients are very unsatisfied with you. Now I know why...It would be better that you learn from Eurobank IT m bank how to make things work properly.

Extremely long list of bugs, bad UX, & when trying to send a bug report, app is timing out because of the bugs. It is obvious that the app was done without Product Development team and experienced Mobile Designer and the decisions were made by the mobile developer, because many bugs are obviously made due to what was easier for the developer to do than what was the correct way. It is so annoying, difficult to use, lack of options, that it forces me to change the bank just cause of the bad app.

garbage bank. blocks my card for suspicious use of buying a sandwich and for 3 days now no one in their customer support can tell me what's going on. find a different bank, I'll be closing this account as well
