Self-activation

The new version of the mBanking application enables bank customers who are not users of electronic banking, to activate themselves in a quick nad easy way. All you have to do is apply for the service at the nearest branch, after that you will be sent a LIB in an SMS message, with LIB and your account number activate mBanking in just 3 steps.

Why is it important to activate the Token in the mBanking application of AIK Bank?
By activating the Token from now on, your login becomes easier, verification of the account for payment of bills is even easier and using the application is the easiest so far. We guarantee the security of logging and realization of transactions and we offer new functionality for compliance with contract documentation. Work in the application is protected by mPIN, which is used for secure data exchange with the Bank and which is known only to you because you create it yourself in the process of activating the Token.
Security
The new version of mobile banking provides users with secure modern ways of authentication and verification of payment orders in eBanking and mBanking applications. Prerequisite is updating or downloading the application from the store and activating the security license-Token. The token in combination with the smartphone (Android and iOS) performs the same task as the hardware-based security token.

I can't open the app for days! Can't pay credit card and don't have time to go in Bank for that. The worse app ever! I m using mobile e banking over a decade and never ever had problems logging in while Eurobank was! Not to worry I ve already opened account in another Bank I was aware before you took over that clients are very unsatisfied with you. Now I know why...It would be better that you learn from Eurobank IT m bank how to make things work properly.

Extremely long list of bugs, bad UX, & when trying to send a bug report, app is timing out because of the bugs. It is obvious that the app was done without Product Development team and experienced Mobile Designer and the decisions were made by the mobile developer, because many bugs are obviously made due to what was easier for the developer to do than what was the correct way. It is so annoying, difficult to use, lack of options, that it forces me to change the bank just cause of the bad app.

garbage bank. blocks my card for suspicious use of buying a sandwich and for 3 days now no one in their customer support can tell me what's going on. find a different bank, I'll be closing this account as well
