udaltax is the app of the Bilbao City Council that facilitates the consultation of your paid and pending receipts and without the need for an access code, the payment of receipts and fines by credit card or Bizum through the udaltax pay version and the identification of the driver through its version udaltax auto.
Fast, safe, easy and open 24 hours a day, this is the new window for payment of municipal receipts in Bilbao and driver identification with DNI.
In the udaltax version it is necessary to identify yourself by means of an access code. The application makes available to citizens the situation of their paid and pending receipts, being able to access the payment or the issuance of proof of payment and the different procedures in tax and collection matters.
In the udaltax pay version, the application has a barcode reader to facilitate and simplify the municipal bill payment process. Read the barcode with your mobile camera or manually enter the required data that you will find in the communication with the payment document sent to your address and start the payment by credit card or Bizum. You will receive an SMS from your bank on the mobile associated with the payment card to verify the payment order and at that time you will have proof of payment for the operation.
In the udaltax auto version, enter the year and number of the complaint indicated in the communication received at your address, the NIF of the person reported and the DNI of the identified driver. Through this app it is not possible to identify legal or foreign persons.
