Very beneficial having this around. Sometimes the computer will have a panic attack so it's nice to have this as backup. I like that I can take it j the floor and it still records everything for me. I only really use it for check in/out but I can see the audit part being useful here. Occasionally it will freeze on me, but when I click "wait" it works within seconds after. Love the whole system. My company is very thankful for gigatrak. Also very thankful for the quick response from the support.

Camera on the phone doesn't scan. Can't audit binned items, many have significant value. Check out/ in doesn't generate an email report. Just started using the app and this is what I've noticed so far. To me it's not very useful.
