Ratings and reviews

This is one of the worst apps I have ever encountered. Was it made poorly on purpose so that government people don't have to work very hard? This country is demanding a pension from me and giving me no way to pay it and no information. When I enter in the numbers it says error with no way to fix it. Pura vida pendejos.

As with everything in the public sector, it sucks

Qué es esta burla de app?, no deja hacer nada y al seleccionar opciones como "tipo de identificación" dice salir, para solicitar la hoja de delincuencia dice no se puede solicitar en este momento y todos los demás tramites sale error de conexión, qué es esto?
