Can't install on 2 of my phones, huawei p30 pro and samsung note 9. I did everything that was suggested online that might help with this (clear data & cache, relog account, restart, etc) and none works. Please figure out what's causing this and release a proper version of the app if you want your citizens to use it. I wasted my time at the office for almost 2 hrs for nothing and no one can figure out what's wrong.

I've followed all suggestions..clean up cache, allow norificatuon and so on, but this application still can't be opened..It has been written there's error on connections, but my connectiins are perfect...I could watch TouTube, and others...Should make a lot of improvements otherwise can't be used....

Why do I need to go to disdukcapil when no one understands how this app work? Also, you are the government. At least use the Indonesian language properly. I found several words to revise like "dihadapan" to "di hadapan", and several english word that can be translated like "re-enter" to "masukkan", "handphone" to "ponsel" or "telepon", etc. Don't mix the language.
