Now with the new ACS Mobile App, all you need to know about your shipments is a T-APP away!

- Get real-time notifications of your shipment progress
- Manage all your shipments / pick-ups in one place, with the option of selecting new delivery date or new pick-up point
- Inform digitally the nearest ACS store, so that the courier can pick up your shipments from your place at your own time (e-Call Courier)
- Find the nearest ACS service point
- Find out about the cost and delivery time of each shipment
- Contact our digital assistant (ACiStant) in order to answer any questions you may have about your shipments
- Scan the Barcode of your digital ACS Member card, to receive discounts on your shipments
- Receive real-time updates on any operation issues of our network stores.

I made an account in a browser which doesnt allow me to change my user details, it locked all the fields. Went to online pick-up, my phone number and post code are invalid, im guessing because my account is locked to greece. This led me to the app that does not allow me to go past "pick-up address" for online p-u when it registers the address. My email on the app isnt valid and the validation pin isnt being sent to my email. You made me write a review, thats how bad the whole experience was.

I installed it to redirect a package to a store point that is near me. After 10 minutes searching I have no idea if it even is possible through the app. The Acistant provided an advice in the form of a chat option, I clicked it nothing happened. Right now I'm back on hold with the call center. The app seems solid but limited and user experience is mediocre.

App impossible as is the website. I have an pick up point 35 metres away and as preference. When receiving a parcel it never goes there. Changing is horror, because the pick up point is never been found. Deleted the app and I will not order anymore with companies using this "service". And yet to expect orders can be returned, I will not accept them.
