The app is not working . I even thought to subscribe and pay money but its connection is bad

Good concept, and I tried to support but this application is really obsolete... I made a payment now for example just now and received an email confirming that payment is successful, checked my bank account and money is deducted from my account and everything seems to be fine, I went to play an audio and surprise surprise, it is telling me that now I have to pay!! Sorry, what? Also the way it is being displayed, the layout is just so confusing, I go to my account and shows nothing!

The content is awesome, but you UI of the application needs a lot of work
