This application, intended for household appliance repair companies, allows you to manage all appliance repair flows.

Worker access allows repairers to complete repair forms from a tablet, specific to each type of household appliance (fridge, freezer, washing machine, etc.). The worker can also manage a validation request by his manager via a status and comment system associated with the repair.

A simplified smartphone version is also available to allow quick read access to the repair history by the repairer.

This application is linked to a backend and a web platform allowing managers to manage the repair encoding flow, the customer database and the sales flow of the household appliance once the repair has been carried out.
