update: the support address doesn't work does not work with my solos glasses, it didn't even show on the list to pair. I eas able to find them solos7a_ on the Bluetooth pairing list, so at least I have great audio. However the app is completely useless, even after pairing manually it won't find the glasses. The app has no support button or options

Gimmick at best. Honestly when I heard of the battery life of Solos AirGo having a 16 hours standby and 3 hours of speaker uptime and having a whole screen dedicated to "Coach", "Posture", I am expecting it's posture monitor (monitoring your neck) and step count function running automatically behind the scene like any other smart watches, but it doesn't. I have to manually activate it and deactivate it by myself. Moreover, I cannot even have both of them activated at the same time!

Hello, I recently purchased these smart glasses, but after reviewing the terms and conditions required to activate them, I am uncomfortable with the level of access and legal disclaimers the company imposes. I do not agree with their user agreement, and therefore I am returning the item. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, Jim
