Access it directly from your ALEXBANK Mobile Banking app and enjoy a seamless authentication process.

Once activated, the O-Key is used to generate a One Time Password (OTP) to authorize your online banking transactions and to setup your Fingerprint on your Mobile Banking app. For your security, each generated OTP is used once and is only valid for a short period of time.


Specifically designed to comply with the strongest security mechanisms available, O-Key has a unique set of security features designed to provide ALEXBANK’s Mobile and Internet Banking customers with the safest level of banking transaction authentication.

How to get started?
1) Download the O-Key on your mobile device
2) Activate the O-Key by entering the activation code you received via SMS
3) Set your PIN to enable you to generate your OTP

Worst app.. pin code error more than 15 times I had to ask for a new activation code each single transaction and off course wait more than 24 hours to get the code after a pin code is assigned .I get an error.. also new today another error .. pin keyboard may not be fully functional.. which means I can't even type the pin code . .. when u call support they have no idea... Worst app and bank ever

whoever developed this app is absolute dumb person, how can you make a 4 digit password that can not be replicated by other users and shouldn't be numbers in series, this means there's less than 8,000 users only who can make new password. please solve this dumb issue. or hire professional developers instead of these rookies.

I have a main problem with this app , password appear to used once , usually damage the process of transfer although I don't expire the 30 sec And I call the customer service usually and don't fix the problem they tell me may due to a bad internet signal but it's not , plz fix this problem
