The app no longer works. Hangs up on login. Deleting and re-downloading the app does not fix the issue. Tried on multiple devices (Android, iPhone). Used to work seamlessly for years. There is no way to manage certain account features on the Telekom website, so the app is critical. Please fix ASAP.

"unfortunately that did not work" nothing works, literally nothing. Cannot login to pay bill. Have cleared cache. Have reinstalled. stop overcomplicating everything, make it easy for people to pay bills. edit: I have contacted Telekom. I have gone into the store. "it will work in 5 days"... it has been 2 weeks.

It appears that i need to scroll back to my birth date by months, counting from current date. I will certainly not do that. Update: now i got logged out, for safety reasons, and no way log back in. "Unfortunately that did not work. %1$@ Please try again in a few minutes" countless times. Very helpful. Update: dear Kata, once the app lets me log in again, i'll try it out.
