Udayana Emergency Call (ECU) is an application-based emergency service provided by Udayana University PTN Hospital. This service aims to provide convenience in emergency services, especially in the Jimbaran area, Bali.

Udayana University PTN Hospital provides quick response emergency services, supported by advance ambulances and motorized ambulances, to be able to reach a wide variety of emergency incident areas, ranging from densely populated areas to areas with small road access, according to the land contours of the area in Jimbaran, Bali .

Through this application, users are expected to get a lot of convenience in accessing various emergency features provided by the Udayana University PTN Hospital, so that assistance can be provided quickly and accurately.

Feature:

- Quick Emergency Button, you only need to press one button to be able to declare your emergency condition. By pressing the button, you will be automatically connected to the emergency ECU operator who will guide you through the emergency. At the same time, your location will be immediately monitored, so that the ambulance team and volunteers will immediately go to your place.
- Emergency First Aid Action Guide, through this feature the user can see how to first respond to various emergency conditions, so that the user can provide the right initial assistance while waiting for help from the ECU team to arrive. The guide has been equipped with pictures, so that it can make it easier for users to understand and apply the help steps.
- Emergency telephone numbers, this application also provides various emergency telephone numbers, so users can find it easier to find other help that is closer and easier to reach the emergency area.
