I paid for One Night Service (ONS) expecting fast delivery. The package was misrouted, CS gave only generic replies, and even cut my chat without a solution. They told me to visit the branch myself even though it was their mistake. Disappointing service for a premium price.

I can't use the free shipping voucher from tiki and it's a shame that there is no tiki guide to tell me how to use the voucher. Even though I have often used your application and thought about redeeming points for free shipping vouchers. So in my opinion you are like a fraudulent application for free shipping vouchers

For international shipping using this apps will be useless, the postal code will not be recognized since they only have indonesia local postal code. Cash payment only, at year where almost every one have digital payment. Good luck with crashes also. Never made it to last screen during my booking. I really appreciate if you can fix this, from postal code,payment method, and crashes, not to mentioned bad UI and UX.
