The is no direct link for support so you contact a general mailbox and wait. The game isn't even listed on their support site, which I had to hunt for. Support is slow and iffy. It is a cute game but eh why bother when there are bugs and issues you can't report? Currently stuck on a task that requires getting the station to 75, said station is maxed at 73.

Enjoyable, but stuck. I've enjoyed playing it so far and haven't run into the VIP issue mentioned in other reviews. But I seem to have reached a task that doesn't exist, stuck on a level that requires unlocking an excavation that doesn't exist(Thebes). I get it if it's still in development or whatever but could you give us an 'under construction' sign or something? I have no idea if it's coming or if it's just a glitch or an incomplete task. If I can pass this level I'll def keep playing.

It's a good game but definitely has issues and feels incomplete. Now I'm getting random adds popup by clicking coins. You have to watch ads but now they are being forced on us. If this game gets developed with more to do it can be a good game. Enjoy it for what it is but not worth more than 3 stars. Just dropped my review to 1 star. I'm sick on a task that cannot be completed. I have to update a table that is already on Max. So upgrading the person for this table makes no difference.
