The android app is better than the iOS one , the problem is the delivery folks , I have ordered twice and both times they have not delivered one item each, the app does not refund you as the delivery guy's do not tell Dmart about the missing item , then you have to call the call center . However the call center resolves the issues , guess dmart is overwhelmed with the pandemic , prices are definitely the lowest and it's an Indian entity , so would continue to buy

I had filled up my cart with a lot of products. Then I logged into Dmart.in via a web browser with the same account as on the app and it wiped out all products from my cart. Disappointed. In the era where a single account can be accessed on multiple devices with same session data accessible on all the devices and without losing any session data, this app is way behind than other apps.

Worst service. Placed an order with 2 shipments, but only 1 was delivered. The second shipment was rescheduled without any notice and purely based on their convenience. Despite charging a delivery fee, the service was incomplete and unprofessional. Customer support is equally disappointing — raised an issue but received no feedback or resolution. Extremely poor experience. Would not recommend DMart Ready to anyone.
