Paid $50 to get the premium package . The app lags/ hangs so much that it is impossible to watch something on it even with high speed internet . Everytime I try to forward the video, I have to wait for another 20 seconds for the video to roll. It is so frustrating . Waste of my money. I would never buy premium version again and for the free version, I would prefer other platforms if I can find the same content there. I hope someone sees this and fix it. This issue has been going for a long time

Automatic Preview - A Needless Turnoff. You see a thumbnail, get curious and open it to read the actor's/director's name or the plot synopsis. But what happens? A loud, unmutable, unstoppable video preview starts to play leaving you in an ackward situation as there are others sitting next to you minding their own business. You cant even read the details you wanted as you need to get away from this page fast to stop the video. Happens to me everytime! At least give us the choice to turn it off!

Terrible streaming. Gets stuck 10 minutes at a time. They ask for premium subscription for picture-in-picture, a feature in smartphones for users' convenience and not the app's feature itself. Wouldn't be surprised if they ask for an upgraded subscription to view videos in full screen, or to protect your account with a password
