The Blue Deal Programme focuses on enhancing water governance and promoting climate-resilient, integrated water resource management.
This initiative is built on 17 partnerships between Dutch Water Authorities and their counterparts across 15 countries.

The Blue Deal is the international programme of Dutch Water Authorities, together with the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management and consists of 17 partnerships with regional water authorities in 15 countries.

To support these partnerships, the Blue Deal E-learning Platform has been created as a training tool. The platform offers a variety of modules developed in collaboration with diverse organisations. This approach ensures that the modules are tailored to the specific needs and contexts of each partnership, providing area-specific learning solutions.
