About this app

Designed for first responders, the app collects incident information from private and public dispatch centers and sends out a push or SMS notification that allows authorized users to get additional information and mapping details for the incident. The user can then respond to scene or station, making his or her intentions and ETA known to other department members.

* Department admins can add URL links to their favorite websites
* Department members can show their qualifications
* Includes property info (square feet, year built, construction type, etc)

Ratings and reviews

Overall a great app but has its issues. Whenever I get an alert I have to open the app, force stop, then re-open before I can view the alert and put myself responding. The map doesn't seem to always update to show location of call and nearest hydrant. I randomly get alerts from a fire dept in a different county that is about an hour away aside from that app is very user friendly and has a ton of useful features

Feel like a beta tester. While the program is intuitive, there are features that are supposed to be there that aren't like an alert tone that can be set in the app.

Fast notifications with good information, easy to use. The addition of property information is helpful.
