OverlayTimer is an overlay timer/countdown app that displays the remaining time on-screen while using other apps.
This allows you to view the countdown while minimizing eye movement, perfect for situations where you need to be on time, like when a reservation starts or a game event starts.

■ Main Features
・Overlay Display: Always display the timer (target time and remaining time) over other apps.
・Setting down to the millisecond: Set the target time in 00:00:00:000 format.
・JST / UTC Switching: Select the time zone you need.
・Preset: Quickly update your settings with Now / +10 seconds / +30 seconds (the setting is not confirmed until you press OK).
・Drag Movement: Drag the bar and settings panel to freely position them.
・Notification/Sound: Notify with a sound effect (MP3) and optional notification when the specified time is reached.
・Time Synchronization: Improve the accuracy of the current time using NTP (Kronos) and correct the countdown.

■ Permissions
This app uses the "Display over other apps (overlay)" permission.
This is necessary to display the timer while other apps are open.
This app does not read screen content, capture input, or collect personal information.

■ How to Use (Quickest)
1) Launch the app and grant overlay permissions.
2) Click Start/Play to display the overlay.
3) Tap the timer bar to set the time → OK to confirm.
4) An optional sound effect/notification will play when the specified time is reached.

*Background operation may be restricted depending on your device's settings and power saving settings.
