top up money because need to pay for the parcel collect , deduct money from my bank but when come back to the payment page said error, then no top up payment history kept although got the function and the system didn't try to update my wallet even the payment is success backend and your frontend hits error. try to find your agent but one tick or even no reply my message. do you think that I like to use your pop box ? is A BIG NO! lousy and useless mobile application.

This is terrible app, I have already collected the parcel but keep showing me not collect and need to charge me. Even I paid the record still there and time keep running. I tried to call the number posted on the parcel box but no one pick up the call! It's really disaapointed cuz no one can help to resolve the issue.

Ordered two toys for RM16. Well, ended up spending RM26 because the app“wisely”charged me RM4 for picking up my stuff too late (ain't even got notified for this) forces a top-up of RM10 just to run it. Did I get a receipt? Nah. Did the app reset and act like nothing happened? Ohh yeaaa. Sent 20 just for the app to bugged out and tryna act innocent, customer service tellinn me“If the transaction worked, you'd get a slip.” Translation: our app bugged, but we’re not responsible GoDisgraceWise
