Sync was 100% the best way to browse Reddit on my phone, so when I learned that Sync was being made for Lemmy, I knew that I'd use it for that, too. Sync is not a FOSS app, but if FOSS isn't the most important thing to you, then Sync is the best you can get for a Lemmy app, hands down. It's user-friendly, has a nice, clean appearance and runs incredibly smoothly. The dev is also super responsive to any issues that arise, which is great. Definitely give Sync a try, you won't regret it!

It's a great app, and if you're coming from the Reddit version it will feel very familiar and really ease the transition. There are a few UX issues that I don't think are intrinsic to the app, but other apps seem to be able to handle, like viewing a user on a post from another instance sometimes makes you open the post first. Development is spread out over long chunks of dead time where bugs go unaddressed, but overall the experience is good and generally smooth.

Very clean ui, decent customization, and always responsive. One issue is returning to a session of doom scrolling it may not lead the next page and error with failure to load. You can either refresh the pages via actual refresh or switching the during method. Both restart the page list, but you could also just hit retry on the error 5 times to continue and it may load and continue.
