Argo Dirigo is the Argo Software app designed to allow DS and DSGA, from their smartphone or tablet, to monitor the teaching, personal, accounting, administrative and documentary area of the direct educational institution.
In addition to a consultation system, Argo Dirigo is a precious operational and executive tool. With it it is possible to receive real-time notifications of events or significant information for the DS (disciplinary notes, permit requests, documents to sign...).
Argo Dirigo also establishes a connection with the school, class and teacher noticeboard: via your smartphone you can find out all the announcements in real time.
Through a collaboration with Orizzonte Scuola, Argo Dirigo also allows you to always stay up to date on news from the world of school, to know the latest regulations, to consult useful operational guides and the diary with the most important deadlines in the school world.
Teaching: This section offers a complete view of the students' personal data sheets, register data and teachers' daily signatures. The statistics part allows you to have an overview of pupil performance and teacher evaluations.
Staff: Through this area it is possible to view the details, absences and services of all school staff. The management of requests for leave and holidays allows them to be viewed and approved.
Accounting: A concise and immediate overview of the forecast and management of revenue and expenditure items for the financial year. It is possible to obtain details of invoices and mandates by searching for them by supplier and by period and by searching for refunds already issued in the accounting by debtor and period. On the documents to be signed, you can view and sign the lists of movements to be sent to the Bank.
Documentary: Through this section it is possible to create new reminders and view the list of those due and expired. Receive and send alerts to other collaborators. Through interaction with the Argo Gecodoc software it is possible to view the list of documents to sign and affix your remote digital signature to those that request it, even in multiple modes.

The Argo Dirigo app is aimed at school managers and DSGAs of public schools of all levels.
The app requires a license to use the Argo Dirigo software and at least one of the following applications: Alunni Web, Scuolanext, Personale Web, Bilancio Web, Gecodoc.
