There are places where you cannot park. Left the ride where bicycles usually park and it automatically closed after one hour of not using it but it was still active. So I was charged for the remaining hour. The bike after a few kilometers became difficult to pedal and slowed me down

Automatic renewal should not be the default setting option after buying a pass you will use only once, I got 2 charges of 10€ on the same day one month after I bought a single pass in a city I was on vacation.

the app works but if you uninstall it and then try to install it later and log in, you can't log on because it asks for a telephone number and then tells you the telephone number is already in use and won't let you proceed, so it's unusable, meaning the bikes are also unusable.
