as a celular service provider you guys expect either only italian people to use your services or the entire world should learn italian, because your app dosen't support English and i had to suffer so so much, there was no help, neither your customer service number had any English option. there was some random deduction without any explanation. finally i had to discard your sim and take another company connection!

The worst app ever! It is impossible to get the assistance except for the malfunctioning bot. It falsely displays the unpaid bills as paid until they expire, and it would not let me change the payment method, there is an error every time. Ever since my old card expired I had to pay for the bills manually, which I can do only after they expire. Worst experience!
