Ratings and reviews

I can transfer money from abroad at no cost. Between 2 branches of BPER a few kilometres apart there is a fee. Crazy.

The app seems not a professional work. The whole interface and the user interactions look like to have been mixed up by marketing people only.

I'm a former UBI client forced to become BPER client. I just downloaded the app and played a little bit and with surprise I'm a bit concerned about app security. The app allows to take screenshots. Also the app remains logged on once it is put in background rather than automatically logging off. Happy to change my rating if this will ever be rectified
