Ratings and reviews

The user experience is very poor. The settings are extremely limited — there is no option to change the language or switch themes. The content is confusing, with some pages in Italian and others in English. Many pages return errors when accessed, and notifications often fail to arrive. Overall, the previous version of the app was much more reliable, user-friendly and it had much more functionality.

since it's changed, I've had to re-download the app quite a few times. I've been using biometrics instead of a code, could it be that?

The app and customer service are both terrible. i tried many times to close my account before they said activate it, and then you can do it from the app by clicking manage accounts. Honestly, there is no such option in the app. i tried many times to send them PEC, but every time, they came up with a new excuse.
