About this app

SmartService is a tool that's part of the assistance services provided by Scaglia INDEVA to his customers.
The app allows your android devices (smartphone or tablet) to connect to an Indeva machine in order to create records, including video and a set of useful real-time data from the machine.
This records are sent to Scaglia Indeva service department to be analyzed. Data and video allow the Indeva technicians to have all necessary information for a more effective maintenance and to individuate possible faults.
The app is very easy to use. Connect it to the machine, insert some quick information, write notes optionally, take a video using the app access to the device camera and easily send it to Indeva.
