Absolute rubbish. What started as a great idea and well-made product has gone downhill fast. No automatic card replacement or clear reminder when it expires — you only find out when payments fail. No subscription means no app, no working card, and forget about your cashback. Disappointing how bad this has become.

I do not understand this anymore. The term 'cashback' has mysteriously changed to 'loyalty tokens' and the co. is trying to gaslight all customers that this was always the case (see their reply..) Edit: tried returning following changes but the terms are impossible to know whether you have violated them or not. one month you get an email saying you're valued and eligible, the next you're on a hit list. you will never get the advertised percentage as they add extortionate fees on every feature.

Not as good as it first appears! Getting your reward somewhere where it's usable involves a process for which they charge £3. Then you wait... and wait... and wait! Three weeks and counting now and my transfer is still pending. I'm beginning to doubt I'll ever get it. Support is pretty much non existent. When (if) they finally respond, they just refer to some faq which was my starting point...
