This simply is the most pathetic and stupid banking app so far. My phone broke and there is no way I can sign in online using PC or have the app installed on a new phone. The website on PC asks to install Identitel app to generate OTP but there is no such app available on the play store! In the name security they forgot the basic usability. This gave me so much stress as I can't log into my account to make transactions. Because of this I have decided to close my account with this bank.

The last update made it impossible to log into the app.

In most hours of the day after login it's showing: "Technical query, please try again later" very very very annoying.
