Virtual Time Recorder is a real Cloud clocking system that transforms the workstation (PC) into a powerful clock clock. The system offers the possibility of entering the reasons or code of the order on which the operator is working. Like a normal timekeeping system, daily clockings are unlimited and are processed by the server section to make them available to the Attendance/Absence Management software. The Human Resources Management can decide which workstations will become VTRs and which collaborators will be able to clock in at those workstations. Itinerant workers will be able to clock in on multiple VTRs located in different company offices. The real magic ingredient of the system is a rigorous registration and setup procedure. This procedure allows the VTR to be uniquely identified so that the clocking system can only operate on the identified workstations. The server section of the always up & running system allows the Management to monitor the clockings in real time at any time of the day or night both for the individual location served and for VTR or collaborator.
