About this app

Label Print for brother is demo application of brother Print SDK for printers of Brother Industries, Ltd.
It can print the template label or image file that created in P-touch Editor.

The following features from Top screen is available
・Document Print
- PDF file Print
- Image File Print
・Template Print
- Transmission and printing of the template file
・File transmission
- The transmission of the template file
- The transmission of the print file (* prn)
・And execution of Web application ※
- Execution of the sample user application


※Parts other than the title bar has become a WebView.
It's possible to make an original application by installing a web application in a fixed place.

[Application folder]
This application will create the following folder for applications to external storage (※ 1) at the time of the first start-up.
■ [SampleApp] folder: installation of sample Web application that is started by default
■ [UserApp] folder: installation of its own Web application (※ 2)
■ [Templetes] folder: the sample app template file that corresponds to the "admission ticket issuance of" (※ 3)
■ [OutputFiles] folder: output destination of the print file if you specify the FILE in the port
■ [CustomPapers] folder over: installation of custom paper size information files (※ 4) to be used in the sample application

※ path will vary depending on one device, but each folder is created in the following.
/ {Vary by device} /Android/data/jp.co.kuo.LabelPrintForBrother/files/
※ 2 Web application will need to start from index.html.
※ 3 when used will need to be transferred using the "Transfer Manager" of the sample application to the printer.
※ 4 custom paper size file (* .bin) It is possible to create in the configuration tool that comes with the printer.
You can add the corresponding paper by adding a file.
