In addition, you will be able to view your own examination results on the app, and you can check the secular change by repeating the number of examinations.
We will also send you a medical checkup guide so that you can feel familiar with it through your own smartphone while checking it once a year.
【Features of the app】
・ Smart membership card: You can check the member registration information. You can also use it as a "membership card", which you are required to present at the reception desk on the day of the examination.
・ Consultation right information: You can confirm the right of consultation based on the registered member information. At the same time, you can also check the current reservation status and past consultation history (note that you can not view some expired consultation rights)
-Request reservation: It is possible to make a reservation application (request reservation) of floating date, occupancy date. We also offer reservation forms such as waiting for cancellation and waiting for floating.
・ Result report: You can confirm your own examination result contents (numerical value, image)
※ There is member type that can not be used partly
※ Use is limited to the person being consulted
※ Usage registration is possible within the application (members of Grand Himedic Club require a membership number when registering for usage)
※ The smartphone terminal which can receive SMS is necessary for use registration
※ Viewing of result report is intended for those whose consultation has been started after 2019/4/1 (There are some special cases). In addition, it is necessary to register "Result Report Authentication Code" which will be issued separately for viewing the result report.
