About this app

[What is KPT]

"KPT" is a framework in which you decide on a theme based on various things, such as your private life or work, and conduct a "reflection" based on that theme to promote improvements.

Three elements of this framework

K ・・・ Keep (things that were good/things I want to continue)

P ・・・ Problem (What went wrong/What I would like to improve)

T ・・・ Try (Next thing to improve)

"KPT" is the acronym for "KPT".

The way to proceed is to identify the current Keep and Problems, think and act based on them, and proceed with improvements.



[How to use this app]

(1) On the first screen, a list of themes for KPT will be displayed.

Let's add a theme.

When you tap the plus (+) button, a dialog will appear. Enter the theme title and tap the Add button.

(2) Select the theme you want to conduct KPT on.

Tap the theme you want to select from the themes listed.

(3) On the next screen, there are Keep, Problem, and Try tabs, each of which can be viewed in detail, created, deleted, and edited.

Create Keep/Problem according to the theme you decided on.

Tap the plus (+) button from the corresponding tab to display an additional screen. Enter detailed information and create.

(4) Select the Keep/Problem you want to improve and create a Try.

Tap the Add button from the Try tab to display the Keep and Problem list screen. Then, select the Keep/Problem you want to improve and tap the select button. An additional screen will then appear, where you can enter detailed information and create.

(5) Change the status (not executed, running, executed) of the created Try according to its progress.

For the Try whose status you want to change, tap the three dots on the far right and tap Edit. The editing screen will then be displayed, so change the status and tap the Done button.
