I'm going to tell the makers of this app, You nor your app has the authority to delete my images. I can understand if something isn't kosher with the prompts. The app even tells you, somethings not right with the prompt, and doesn't render the image. but when my prompt goes through and the results come out out FAILED, that's BS. If there's Concerns about a prompt, Don't render and waste my credits, that aren't refunded. As you know, I pay, with real money, not AI money, to buy creds to create.

if you can't afford to pay for the subscription, good luck. 2 to 3 hour waits for a 5 second clip. I bought extra credits because the average wait times were small, now they are all over an hour sometimes 2 and 3 hours. Video quality, when they finally do get through is decent enough, but there is no guarantee that the "fast track" offered by the subscription will be less than an hour at this point. I've been trying other apps and have found several that have far less wait times with good result

I purchased credits to try out this app because after using the 'free' templates I wanted to further explore capabilities. initially I had no problem. Then as my purchased credits went from 300 to 206, my wait time said 3 hrs but it took 28 hrs for my vid to generate. when I contacted cust service, their response was arrogant and unhelpful. now when I try to use my remaining purchased credits, they're blocking me from using them by trying to force me into a 10.99 sub to speed up queue placement
