[Service contents]
At the Mobile Internet Registry Office, you can conveniently use the main services provided on the Supreme Court Internet Registry website from your smartphone.
In the 'Real Estate View/Transfer' and 'Corporate View/Transfer' menus, you can quickly view/issue registration records through search/issue target search and electronic payment.
In the ‘Check issuance status’ menu, you can check whether the certificate of registration has been issued.
In the 'Real Estate Registration Application' and 'Corporate Registration Application' menus, you can quickly and conveniently apply for registration online from anywhere without visiting the registry office.
In the 'Electronic Application Approval' menu, you can electronically sign the 'Application Details and Attached Documents' for real estate/corporation registration applications.
You can check the current processing status of application cases in the ‘Registration application case processing status’ and ‘Application case management’ menus.
In the 'Mobile OTP Issuance' menu, you can issue/reissue a mobile OTP as a secondary authentication medium for your electronic certificate.
'Authentication Center' can copy joint certificates from PC to mobile and from mobile to PC.
In addition, you can check the location of the registry office/unmanned issuance machine, registration information information, announcements, etc. through the menu.


[Detailed description of main menu]
1. Real estate viewing/sending
- Search for viewing/issuing objects: You can search for viewing/issuing objects by using simple search, entering location number, street name address, and unique number.
- Electronic payment: Payment can be made through credit card, mobile phone, prepaid electronic payment method, or simple payment.
- View registration certificate: You can view the registration certificate of the real estate you paid for.
- Reservation for unmanned issuance: You can make a reservation so that the certificate of registration of real estate in Gyeongyangsan can be issued from an unmanned issuance machine.
- Electronic issuance (Government 24 Electronic Document Wallet): You can electronically issue the registration information certificate of the real estate you paid for.
- Unviewed/Not Issued: After payment, you can check the list of items that have not been viewed/issued and view/issue them within 3 months.
- Re-viewing: You can check and view the re-viewing list within 1 hour after the first viewing.
- Real estate information summary table: You can view summarized real estate information about the subject.
- Confirmed date: You can search and view the status of assigned dates for houses.

2. Corporate view/send
- Search for objects of viewing/issuance: You can search for objects of viewing/issuance by entering the name, registration number, registration number, and Roman letters.
- Electronic payment: Payment can be made through credit card, mobile phone, prepaid electronic payment method, or simple payment.
- View certificate of registration: You can view the certificate of registration of the corporation that made the payment.
- Reservation for unmanned issuance: You can reserve a certificate of registration of a payment corporation to be issued from an unmanned issuance machine.
- Electronic issuance (Government 24 Electronic Document Wallet): You can electronically issue the registration information certificate of the corporation that made the payment.

3. Check issuance
- You can check the issuance of real estate, corporation, chattel bond collateral, and other registered certificates by entering the issuance confirmation number.
- You can check the issuance of the corporate seal certificate by entering the issuance confirmation number.

4. Application for real estate registration
- Fill out/submit application: You can submit the application after entering real estate indication, registration obligor information, registration holder information, applicant information, etc.
- Approval of application/withdrawal: You can approve attached documents such as electronic power of attorney in bulk, and select the withdrawal form and then approve it.
- Application processing details: After applying for registration, you can check the processed details.
- Receiving registration information: You can receive registration information by searching for name and registration number (resident, corporation), etc.

6. Application for corporate registration
- Fill out/submit application: You can submit the application after entering the registration type, application corporation, registration details, registration tax/fee, attached documents, applicant information, etc.
- Approval of application/withdrawal: You can approve attached documents such as electronic power of attorney in bulk, and select the withdrawal form and then approve it.
- Application processing details: After applying for registration, you can check the processed details.

6. Electronic application approval
- When applying electronically for real estate/corporate registration, you can check application details such as attached documents and sign electronically with a joint certificate/financial certificate/electronic certificate.

7. Registration application case processing status
- Real estate registration: You can search for information on the current processing status of the application case by using a simple search, entering the location number, road name, and registration number.
- Corporation registration: You can search the current processing status information of the application case by entering the name, registration number, Roman alphabet, and registration number.

8. Application case management
- You can collectively check the current processing status of applications for real estate and corporate registration electronic standard forms submitted by you.

9. Mobile OTP issuance
- Issuance: You can receive a mobile OTP by entering your access number, name, and resident registration number and then verifying your mobile phone.
- Re-issuance: You can re-issue the issued mobile OTP.

10. Certification Center
- You can copy the joint certificate between your smartphone and PC.
