This is extremely frustrating. My item has already been delivered, and your system shows the status as “Delivered.” However, when I try to raise an exchange request, it wrongly displays “Item not delivered,” which is preventing me from proceeding. Meanwhile, the return window is reducing every day. I have been waiting for a response from customer support for over 2 hours, and there is no call support option available either. Please resolve this issue urgently and ensure I am not denied my exch

its really frustrating, i have order one item from this app. it's been 5-6 days but order is still processing, no fresh update about the item. there's no proper option for my query. I've tried to raise a ticket but the app shows i need to update the app every time. Even in their WhatsApp helpline no one is replying my query, there's no any other way to contact them. so i am helpless here.

Worst customer service. My order didn't arrive. When I contacted them they said it was cancelled and refund has been initiated which will reflect within 7 days. 7 days have passed and I haven't gotten my refund. I keep contacting them both in instagram and WhatsApp. I don't hear from their side anymore. Littlebox is a literal scam business!!!
