Frustrating to use more than convenient. List of issues I keep facing: 1. Keeps saying time out, you have to re-enter your bio metrics and pin when opening the app 2. Sending messages to management or one within the app doesn't actually send so you have to find an alternative 3. OPT fails, when sending money or making payments or even setting up a FD, when the OPT comes and it auto fills the password I end up with a "failed" message. I can't really recommend this app to anyone.

Every single time, it asks to enable biometrics for future logins even though I do that multiple times. When I try to do pawn settlements, the transaction always fails. Also, why would you ask to set a pin for every session if the user can set the fingerprint or a biometric as well? It's either one or the other. Also, the Vishwa web app responsive view is so bad. You can't see some buttons to confirm transactions.😪 Not going to lie, the app has come a long way, but QA is not done properly.

Their security measures are a pointless hassle. Why do we need to enter the password and create a pin on the app every time and enable biometrics when it's enabled already? If I have enabled biometrics already, I should be able to log in using that (the whole point of using the app, for convenience), not to enter the password every time and enable biometrics, so useless. And it doesn't show the credit cards unless you keep reloading it, so annoying, worst banking app I have tried honestly.
