The Rental Inspector is the ideal tool for real estate professionals to perform rental inspections faster and more efficiently.

This easy-to-use app includes pre-built checklists that help you accurately document the property's condition – complete with photos and detailed descriptions of any rental damage.

You can use the Rental Inspector for move-in and move-out inspections, as well as interim checks, such as when replacing a boiler or conducting partial renovations. This keeps your inspection records current throughout the lease.

You can also log meter readings for water, electricity, and natural gas, and track the handover of keys and remote controls.

When the inspection is complete, the tenant(s) can sign the report on-site. Then sync the data, and within minutes, both the tenant(s) and the landlord will receive the report by email.

The app works seamlessly with the Rental Manager, your secure cloud-based back-office software where all reports and images are stored.
