The new app is a disaster. Each account I have to view separately. No MobileSCAN... Empty home screen, and am advertised half the screen to use different app icon. :D For any info user needs click to see some info. What happened? In newest version the template ordering is still in some unknown order, not chronologically, not by alphabet, not by frequently used. One can scroll through 100 and try to find. Search not available, ridiculous.

After the last update i keep getting kicked out of the app. I could not change my password and kept getting an error - you do not own such device. After a call with bank rep, she provided me with a password to login, but i cannot find where to change it in the app. Still each time i open the app, if i want to login i have to use the password each tome and also set up a pin and biometrics as if it was the first time. Biometrics don't work as well.

Very intuitive and well oranized app. Was before latest update.New design is a total disaster!ðWeb designers and UX should change their profession urgently,because latest Mobile app update is a mess. Why Citadele is keeping doing such updates?Every 1.5-2;year visual updates without any actual functional improvements (for eg. Still it takes over 90 sec for account balance to update after each money transfer!).It seems the only purpose for these updates is to justify pay to Citadele IT staffð€·
