Time to switch to Luminor it seems. All these reviews, complaining about the same (or similar) issue(s), and absolutely nothing being done about that. Had them (issues) a year ago, still have them to this day. Literally couldn't pay for my bus ticket due to app simply not working for good 10 minutes, without any reason. App is updated, phone is new, everything worked fine 10 minutes ago, and now it doesn't. Of course it's my fault for relying on this pathetic excuse for an app. Joke of a bank.

it's impossible to use. constantly shows error, and even after I finally got through, still shows errors. and I can't even message the bank to let them know, cause again, you guessed it, there's an error message.

you have no bug reporting, no communication with devs in the app only this. so when the app is opened it wants you to log in immediately, and shows a biometry fly out, to press a fingerprint thing, but next moment it realizes it's a payment request and shows you a screen where your need to swipe right and it is still covered with that previous fly out and doing fingerprint does nothing until you cancel the login fly out.
