Only receive calls in the middle of the night, usually around 3:30 or 4am. What's worse, it is usually a request to change a tire on a Range Rover for $30. Urgently (like most of the motor clubs) is garbage! As for the app: It is near impossible to get the app to work correctly. Once, I even had a service call disappear from the app after I clicked that I was on the way. It amazes me that a company whose whole premise is based on an app has an app that works so awfully.

Horrible. App doesn't force the alarm so if you don't have your phone on ring it just behaved like if you got a single text. Not even close to enough time to even open the app and hit interested for job offers. App drains your phone battery and it constantly tells me that my location is being used. Sitting off the notifications for that disables the whole app so I don't get dispatches and their tech support is useless. I'm using it for Cadillac roadside. Horrible experience so far.

Horrible. Other apps work a lot better. Talk to HONK to get advise. How is it possible that I have a driver 4 minutes away from a job and my friend that is 30 minutes away gets the job notification first and I get the notification like 2 to 4 minutes later. I am not getting jobs when we have the same rates! Called tech support and they can't find the problem. The problem is not my phone because it happens to my other drivers that have the app. Find a solution and fix it.
